Textbook: Introduction to Electrical Engineering by Fred Etcheverry.
This CD-ROM text builds on basic concepts. The beginning chapters will review the math and physics essential to the text. Some in-depth discussion is delegated to the appendix. This text teaches use of the TI-92 graphics calculator by example. Each section introduces a concept and concludes with solved problems and exercises in such fields as circuit analysis, transforms, active filters, digital signal processing, optical processing, and motor-generators. Each subsequent exercise problem increases in difficulty. In addition, by clicking on blue key words, the reader can return briefly to the location in the text in which that term was introduced. When clicked all exercise problems in the text will gives hints for a solution. Further clicking will give more hints until a step-by-step solution is shown. References at the end of each chapter are often links to web sites. The accompanying CD-ROM lab manual will enable the readers to develop practical computational and manipulative skills.
